Mastoidis is once again a monocultivar (single variety) of the original Mastoidis variety. The green notes are harmonious, the bitterness and pungency are of medium intensity, and it impresses with a clean, smooth texture on the palate. The flavours of chicory, raw artichoke stems, fresh herbs and almonds are distinct and lingering.
