The new Grand Cru is a multi-award-winning, single-varietal extra virgin olive oil produced on the Caprafico plateau in Casoli (Abruzzo). Made from the indigenous Intosso olive variety of the same name, it is renowned for its intense fruity aroma, its notes of artichoke and tomato, and its perfect balance between bitterness and pungency.
On the nose, it is herbaceous and fresh, with pronounced notes of tomato leaf and artichoke.
