We send your parcel with PostPac Priority. For items ready for immediate dispatch, the delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Flat rate postage & packaging of CHF 15.00 for Switzerland / EUR 20.00 for Germany.

Returns:Damaged or incorrectly delivered products will be replaced and dispatched free of charge.

Online:
When making online transfers, please ensure that you state your invoice number/customer number. This is the only way we can correctly allocate your payment.
​Invoice:
When purchasing on account (only within Switzerland), you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to make payment. There are no additional charges. Please use the enclosed IBAN number or payment slip with QR code for the transfer and be sure to include your invoice number/customer number. This is the only way we can correctly allocate your payment.
